This holiday season is bittersweet, as we bid farewell to a wonderful neighbor: Rage City Vintage.
For the last three years, Rage City Vintage has provided a cozy and eclectic space in Spenard for vintage consignment, local artists, live music, and community gatherings. Rooted in their identity as a Vintage and Arts Boutique "for the old souls and weirdos," Rage City Vintage has become a beloved gem at 3400 Spenard.
Rage City Vintage (RCV) has furthered the creative spirit of Spenard by hosting regular open mics, live concerts, art exhibitions, clothing swaps, and promoting more than 100 local artists in their store. We at The Nave have felt lucky to have had the pleasure of "popping over" on a regular basis to see what co-owners Mac Tubbs and Emma Hill were cooking up in community together.
In November, Mac and Emma shared a statement announcing the store's upcoming closure. "Thank you all so much for making Rage City Vintage the incredible space & community we dreamed of," they shared. The store's last day of business will be December 24, 2025. Until then, RCV is hosting numerous community events and a closeout sale of all art, vintage, and furniture inventory.
As sad as we are to see the space closing, we know the Rage City Vintage community isn't going anywhere. Follow them on social media for future collaborations, events, and opportunities to keep the magic going. We are already looking forward to Spenard Song Circle at The Nave on March 14, 2026, so stay tuned! Wherever Mac and Emma go, they bring a special light with them.
