Located on the land of the Dena’ina, in the heart of the Spenard neighborhood of Anchorage, Alaska.
The Nave, previously called “Love Church,” became known as the “Church of Love” when local artists activated the empty space through large-scale projects and events rooted in the surrounding community. Today, The Nave is a vibrant hub for community events, meetings, and creative expression of all shapes and sizes.

The Nave offers three event spaces that may be perfect for your next event. Equipped with high-speed internet, hybrid event technology, a stage, and film-quality projector, local event hosts and businesses say that they appreciate the Nave’s centralized location, ample free parking, the ability to bring in their own food and beverages, and the beautiful outdoor deck. Event planners will feel good about supporting community, culture, and art in Spenard.

Renovations
Between 2019 and 2021, The Nave (formerly the Church of Love) has seen some major renovations and upgrades! The biggest change is we’ve made our event spaces fully accessible!
