All requests are responded to in the order in which they are received .*Please note: We cannot book events less than two (2) weeks in advance. Please submit your booking requests as far in advance as possible to ensure best chance of availability.

If you are requesting the Dean Weidner Community Room, please note that availability is not visible on the calendar below.
